Sincerely, it was a fantastic stay for 1 night. The hotel had a brilliant location a 4-6 minute walk from Borgo Storico di Manarola. Truly enjoyed that it was set short walk to everything-highly recommended and next door and the best restaurant in Manarola. The staff was wonderful - we will come back.

A double room with balcony has basic facilities you need.

The fine views of Manarola from my Beautiful Double Room Extra Bed were amazing. Sunsets from the shared terrace were perfect for relaxation. The spacious patio setup allowed for a lovely evening vibe. Early check-in was welcomed since we could leave our bags before settling down. The local restaurant recommendations from Elena were spot on. I encountered some challenges with steep stairs that could make access tough for those with mobility issues. While the room was generally pleasant, limited comfort furniture like a small couch for seating could enhance relaxation. The outdoor furniture needs attention too, as some were broken, impacting our patio time. Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity was another minor inconvenience .

Romantic room and comfy beds. Facilities - a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing desk...

The room was well furnished and newly remodelled and equipped with AC and the balcony, as example. Coffee & tea making machines, a refrigerator and glassware where very handy. Location: the hotel was really close to the special Cinque Terre, Cornelia and Vernazza, and the best restaurant in town-Trattoria dal Billy.

The room was amazing with a balcony that had a magical view of the sea and city! I could spend hours just soaking in that scenery. Plus, Elena was super helpful throughout our stay (what a gem!).

Limited storage in rooms!!! Humidity and dampness issues!!! The broken outdoor furniture in the communal terrace ruin the scenic experience!!! Difficult access with luggage is a workout not everyone wants!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity needs attention!!!

Couples will love this place

The location was great with good views. Elena was super friendly and helped us out with directions. She even let us keep our luggage for a couple of hours after checkout, a lifesaver.

It wasn't cheap, but I'd say it was acceptable for the experience.

the balcony views of the sea and city are absoloutely amazing. storage in the room is lacking.

The Queen Room with Sea View was very nice! The view was a showstopper, seriously amazing sunsets every evening. The bathroom felt spacious and clean, nice. The check-in instructions were super clear, made it easy to find the place. Just a heads-up, the location is steep, so be ready for some uphill walks!

The view was amazing from our room's balcony. Sunset watching was a must! Elena was kind, offering a simpler route back from the garage and other helpful tips. A lovely stay overall ♥️.
